Convenient Access to the Battery

With the battery up front, you can easily turn the system on/off and see the battery charge readouts while paddling. 

No Leash to the Battery

Our wireless controller has a direct line-of-sight with the battery providing uninterrupted conductivity.  This allows our auto-shutoff system to be completely wireless. Unlike other electric paddleboards on the market, Firefly requires no leash between the battery and rider. 

Efficient Propeller

Firefly drives use a propeller that is significantly more efficient at converting battery power into propulsion compared to jet drives. Don't be fooled by sexy jet drives. They are woefully inefficient.

Minimal Risk of Hitting the Propeller

With the propeller forward of the rider, there is minimal risk of hitting the propeller if you fall off the board. 

Directional Tuning

Firefly has a proprietary system that lets you fine tune your direction of travel. Adjust it to go straight, or slightly to port or starboard for a customized, more ergonomic paddling experience.
