The Firefly QuickPlate

Now you can get all the advantages of our famous forward-mounted Firefly drive in a quick and easy DIY platform. The QuickPlate is a self adhesive plate system that attachs to the bottom of your board to secure the motor in place. Board performance with the QuickPlate is similar to having a standard Firefly drive except that the cable running from the motor to the battery runs over the rail of the board instead of through the Firefly fitting. Also the battery must be secured to the deck in a manner devised by the customer. 

One advantage of the QuickPlate is it can convert any fin-mounted motor into a forward-mounted drive, i. e., Vaquita, Bixpy, ScubaJet, as long as its equipped with a slide-and-lock fin bracket.
